Shipping & Handling

New Visions uses UPS Ground to ship orders to addresses in the 50 States, U.S. Territories, U.S. military installations, and Canada.   We send International orders by either United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS), depending upon the customer’s preference.

UPS delivers only to a street address.  It cannot deliver to a Post Office Box number.   We send orders to a P.O. Box by the USPS.

Shipping and Handling charges to the United States and Canada are based on the dollar amount of the order.

Shipping charges do not include international brokerage fees, customs duties, or taxes.

Delivery Time

Orders shipped by UPS Ground and the USPS will be processed within 3 business days after we receive it. Orders received on Tuesday or Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery time within the United States and Canada is normally 3 to 10 business days. 

Orders shipped by UPS 2nd Day will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays if we have received it by 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.  UPS guarantees that it will be delivered within 2 business days.
